PORTALSXSW 2013!!!

Sorry for the lack of posts as of late…been working on things beneath the scenes.  One of those things being the creation of the poster design and artwork for this upcoming SXSW showcase being put on by the crew at PORTALS as well as the Hype Machine‘s Hype Hotel.  The show is on March 16th and features Toro Y Moi, FIDLAR, Blue Hawaii, HAERTS, Mac DeMarco, Chrome Sparks, and DJ sets from Monster Rally.  The show is 21+ and kicks off a noon and runs til 6pm.

PORTALS///SXSW///AWESOMENESS

Today we’ve (the PORTALS crew) announced our first SXSW showcase (the #2 traveling showcase).  IT’S RAD + AWESOME x ∞ !!!!  March 15th is the date.  1PM-10:30PM is the time.  And it features these  cool cats: Galapagos, Corduroi, Selva Oscura, Men In Burka, Candy Claws, CAVES,Chrome Sparks w/ Steffaloo, Secret Mountains, You Won’t, TOPS, Triptides, Caddywhompus, Time Wharp, Dreams, Young Pharaohs, Arrange, Hundred Waters, Blackbird Blackbird, and The-Drum.  Damn that’s nice.  It’s a 2 stage affair at 2305 Riverside Farm, Austin TX brought to you by the fine folks over at ex.fm and The Basic Fund.  Much more info can be found over at PORTALS (including info about a shuttle to and from the event) and you can RSVP here.  Also look for a dope mixtape to go along with this sometime next week.
